Refund policy

We would certainly hope you would not want to return anything but in the event you need to, we will accept items back in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase.  

Exchanges may also be made with yarn if the colors do not translate well through computer screens. 

If items arrive damaged in shipping you may exchange them for new items.  Once returned items arrive back at the farm we will initiate the refund or exchange.  Your shipping costs are nonrefundable.
