Dryer Balls (Set of 4)

Looking for a more environmentally friendly approach to drying clothes?  Dryer balls !  This set of four 100% alpaca dryer balls are all natural and free of dyes.  Use dryer balls instead of fabric softener and dryer sheets. They will help to separate laundry and reduce static.  Although they reduce static they do not completely eliminate it so if you find you are still experiencing some static, simply run a safety pin through one or more balls. You will also find you have more static electricity with synthetic  vs. natural material. It also helps to not overload your dryer load.  Everything needs room to bounce around to dry properly.

For a normal load four balls should cut down on your dry time. You can use three balls for a small to medium load.  I let mine live in the dryer to prevent pets from thinking they are toys (they love them so watch out). 

You should get several years of use out of them.  They may need a little maintenance along the way.  Simply trim off stray hairs if needed or throw them in the washing machine if you feel like they need a refresh.  If you would like a little added scent you may put a few drops of your favorite essential oil per ball.

They are completely biodegradable so when it’s time for a new set just send the old set to the compost bin.  Colors will vary based on available fiber. 

Each ball is approximately 2 ounces and roughly the size of a tennis ball.
